Does cocoa have brain health benefits?

Another study, by Columbia University, found that taking a high level of cocoa flavanols a day consistently helped participants get an average of 62 percent more blood flow to the parts of the brain associated with age-related memory loss than before the study, and they were on average 24 percent faster at completing memory tests than those who did not take cocoa flavanols.
