NASA’s Ingenuity Helicopter Makes First Flight On Mars

After some delay, NASA’s Ingenuity helicopter was given the “all-clear for takeoff” on Sunday. NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) sent instructions for the Mars helicopter to liftoff. By early Monday morning, history was made and would make the Wright brothers proud as Ingenuity lifted off on the Red Planet.
JPL tweeted Ingenuity “made history today by being the first craft to achieve controlled, powered flight on a planet beyond Earth.”
During today’s historic ascent, JPL released the first photo from the flight.

The 4-pound helicopter rose a little more than 3 meters, hovered briefly, and returned to the surface. Ingenuity’s altimeter shows flight time and altitude reached.

“We can now say we’ve flown a rotorcraft on another planet,” MiMi Aung, NASA’s Ingenuity program manager, told her team earlier this morning in the flight control room. “We together flew on Mars. We together have our Wright brothers moment.”
She added that “We don’t know from history what Orville and Wilbur [Wright] did after their first successful flight. But I imagine the two brothers hugged each other. Well, you know, I’m hugging you virtually.”
Ingenuity’s initial flight was scheduled for April 11. A problem occurred on the helicopter’s onboard computers that engineers on Earth were able to correct.
Mars’s super-thin atmosphere is just 1% the density of Earth’s, making it more challenging for the helicopters’ blades to spin around 2,500 revolutions per minute to generate lift. For comparison, on Earth, most helicopters operate at about 450-500 revolutions per minute.
As for future flights, at least five are scheduled in the coming weeks. Each flight will be more complex, operating at higher altitudes and longer flight times.

I debated with myself about commenting to your comment. You wrote: “More NASA propaganda in order to pump up the goyim” (goyim–we the people). NASA scientists and engineers are trying to insure their future employment. Its as simple as that. To compare their technological feat with the Wright Bros’ achievement ignores the fact that the Wright Bros financed their experiments and the NASA scientists and engineers are not. We the people are financing their experiments and you are correct to call it ‘propaganda’ but you are wrong when you suggest it is for anybody else’s interests than their own employment paid for by THE PEOPLE.
I ask: What new technology is the result of this experiment? In the past space exploration did produces new technologies which have benefitted THE PEOPLE. But I left academic research to try to teach because I could not see the practical significance of what was commonly being studied.
But we should not forget that the issue in which PSI is involved is WRONG SCIENTIFIC IDEAS which will obviously hinder progress as we try control diseases and prevent hunger for ALL THE PEOPLE.

There’s more to it than that. Think about the incredible amount of tax money sucked up by the corporate insiders all the way back to the fake moon landings of the Apollo program and leading up to it. This was in 1960’s dollars. This corporate welfare demonstrates that the fiat banking cartel is not the only way to transfer productive wealth to the top. Now when we add the 15 trillion dollars thrown away on the various welfare programs since the Zionist LBJ’s “great society programs” there is no telling where this country would be and the amount of prosperity that would have been generated to lift all boats had we maintained a limited government of sovereign states. Instead our once unassailable middle class has been eviscerated and half the people in Jewmerica can’t put their hand on $500 dollars unless they borrow the money.
There is no doubt that there has been some residual benefit from these massive scams. But had the money been left in the pockets of the producers to be used in a free market rather than the side effects of hi tech money laundering it would have benefited all of society (except the insider elites) a great deal more. The same criminals are now using the Rockefeller founded CDC and the Gates WHO in the long planned fake virus, fake test and fake numbers. Just like the fake space program and climate change, it is one of their scams to control the worlds population. They already have all the wealth.
PSI and contributors like you have exposed much of the Zionist controlled science fraud. However the elite know that for 90% of the livestock will never do anything as long as they get one meal per day. They look at everything with a shallow superficial analysis. The Miles Mathis site has a good article with photos on the space shuttle fraud that may be of interest to you. I try to catch lots of your comments but some of it is too esoteric for me. What is that I write that you find too esoteric? Your answer would really help me to be more successful in my efforts to inform readers about the present problems of science which I consider originates with why Cain slew his bother Able and the Creator God was not able to change Cain’s evil attitude.
Yes, this might be considered too esoteric, I clearly do not know. But I do observe that it seems a natural tendency of humans to not be willing to admit that they do not know.
I use PSI as a public forum to document that which I know I have observed; often with significant physical and mental effort which I do not observe others have any experience of the effort expended by those modern physicists who designed the bombs that worked the first, second, third, etc. times they were tested. I know these physicists’ efforts could not have happened if the Chemists at Oak Ridge had not been able to enrich the necessary nuclear matter of the fission bomb by enriching the isotopic natural mixture of isotopes solely upon differences in the masses of the isotopes involved by using the centrifugal phenomenon and/or the phenomenon of diffusion which also depended upon the tiny difference of one isotope’s mass relative to the mass of another isotope of the same elementary matter.
I know about the great effort these physicists and chemists expended because I had to mass sample after sample to a reproducibility of a few millionths of a gram. And this work was what any careful technician could have done. I was ‘busy’ simple work which had to been done if the experimental results of my thesis project were to have any meaning. Yes, a fact my research did not require what might defined as great ‘intelligence’. Just a lot, lot of boring careful effort.
So, by writing this I ‘believe’ I have identified the fundamental problems observed in SCIENCE today. Which is that good science is boring work. But someone has to do it. And I write my essays and comments about my experiences with simple, but boring, observation. For whether it is empirical science or theoretical science, the fact it begins with some observation and is tested by more observations to see if all the possible factors involved in a scientific idea have been actually observed reproducibly.

I used the term esoteric not in a pejorative sense but only to declare that some of the technical aspects of the science issues are above my understanding. Some of it may even get a bit tedious as with the meteorology but thats ok. Sometimes science involves minute details.
All of us are ignorant of some things and the most ignorant often pretend to know it all. A person’s beliefs are important to them and so often they will not give them up no matter how much contrary evidence is given. That is why Fabien Socialist and friend of the Royals, Bertrand Russel in his school experiments said he only needed to control the children 4 hours per day. Lenin, I believe said it only required two.hours.
That brings up your observation of boredom. When I was young (long time ago) I considered lots of things as boring but now I realize that was because of my own untrained mind and lack of discipline. Most subjects can become interesting if we really devote enough time to begin the process of understanding the subject.
That brings up another scientific issue you mentioned, that being the atomic bomb. I am suspicious of the whole thing. For instance we now know that no atomic weapons were used at Hiroshima or Nagasaki but rather only conventional explosives and napalm. As always we were lied to. by the Zionists. There had been a book published to this effect (can’t recall author) but was quickly banned. The spector of nuclear war has been used by the elite as another fear campaign in their Hegelian Dialectic of problem, reaction, solution. Miles Mathis (or whoever it is) has an interesting article on this topic and I would like your insight on this issue..

Skepticism is a good thing but you need to also be skeptical about things that agree with you.
There was not and still isn’t a plane in existence that could carry enough napalm and conventional explosives to do the damage done by the bombs that struck Hiroshima and Nagasaki. How do you explain the shadows of vaporized people being burnt into concrete or the skin peeling and radiation sickness occurring long after the bombing was over? You need to view your supporting evidence with the same critical eye you use to view opposing evidence.

Relative to the BOMBS Richard Feynman wrote (“WHAT DO YOU CARE WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK?”, 1988) when he was dieting of cancer. “When I was younger I thought science would make good things of everybody. It was obviously useful; it was good. During the war I worked on the atomic bomb. This result of science was obviously a very serious matter: it represented the destruction of people.”

Getting a little prickly Arn’t you Jerry. We are responsible for what we write. Thats why I am puzzled about the Wal Mart adventure. What was the point. There are lots of people like the one you describe. She was just :an obedient worker” doing what she was told. Instead of trying to give her a detailed reason, your cousin should have just said “if you don’t like it call your manager.”
I never claimed to be a scientist and in fact stated that some of the discussions are over my head. Most of your scientific dissertations are mostly a form of intellectual ostentatious nit picking rather than exposing fraudulent science.
Real science and real history can stand skepticism and scrutiny. Fake science and fake history such as the holohoax and the fake moon landings of 1969-72 cannot. It doesn’t make any difference how many people worked for NASA or how many court historians lament the fake holohoax. Today the whole world is in the grip of another gigantic fraud of the fake virus, fake test and fake numbers. Now with the added bonus of a chemotherapy GMO injection to meet the eugenicists agenda. There are huge numbers of people working in areas related to this scam, much more than the fake Apollo program.
I am not yet up to speed on the atomic bomb but will research it more. I can say that with the track record of the Zionists that is laid out before us, it don’t look too good. I think that just as the NASA engineers, technicians and scientists were duped (although many just as with the medical workers know the truth) your illuminated career may have also have been for naught.

The damage to the Japanese cities was not done by a single plane. The Zionist controlled U.S. had hundreds of B17 heavy bombers on Okinawa. I believe by this late stage they even had the B29. The book by the original author was unavailable (so I do not remember his name) but it was reported that instrument testing showed no evidence of radiation. This massive destruction is similar to what occurred to the defenseless city of Dresden when it was firebombed mostly by the British with very inferior aircraft to what the Americans had over Japan. I am going from memory but as I recall of 163 major Japanese urban areas, all but 3 had been totally destroyed or severely damaged. The Japanese were approaching starvation and the American generals were reporting that they were running out of decent targets to attack.
The Japanese had been trying to surrender for 6 months but the U.S. would not accept surrender because they wanted to bring the Soviets into the War so that Japanese war material could be handed over to the Russians and preparations could begin to set the Soviets up with huge military aid for the coming Korean conflict. Now that the Japanese were out of the way The Zionists would also begin setting up the communist Government of Mao in China. This is documented in Anthony Kubek’s “How the Far East Was Lost”. The Soviets did enter the Pacific conflict two weeks before the end of the war as planned.
There is now another book listed with what appears to have similar information by the title “Death Object: Exploding the Nuclear Weapons Hoax by Akio Nakatani. Miles Mathis exposes lots of the nuclear test fakery on his site also. It is as Patrick Henry stated: we have no light to guide us but the lamp of experience. The Zionist governments have always lied about everything. Remember how Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell, Rice and all of the Jew MSM lied about the WMD’s over and over and after killing many thousands of innocent people including children, Bush did his little skit of looking under the table and joking about this unmitigated disaster all contrived for the Yinnon Plan and Greater Israel. You have your history wrong. The B-29 (Largest bomber) had a load capacity of 8 tons. The bomb dropped on Hiroshima was 15,000 tons so it would have taken over 2000 B-29s to deliver that amount of bombs (logistically and numerically impossible). Dresden was bombed during the day by the American B-17s and at night by the British for weeks and the damage was from firebombing (Read Kurt Vonnegut who was a prisoner there) while Hiroshima was flattened by a high explosive.
The reason those cities in Japan were not bombed was to preservice them for the nuclear bomb.The Army Air Force was attacking anything that moved with impunity but had orders to preserve those cities. Japan had been cut off from all supplies by submarines and were defenseless against both air and naval assaults, the people were starving and there was no hope of victory but they would not surrender or stop fighting. They were negotiating with the Russians to try to arrange a peace treaty where the emperor would be preserved but the Russian had agreed to attack the Japanese in Manchuria after the war in Europe had ended. On the last day agreed on they broke off discussions with the Japanese and declared war then attacked them. Even then, with their last hope gone, they refused to surrender unconditionally until the Americans let them know that they would let the emperor remain (even though he was guilty war crimes).
I don’t know where you get your history but you should read some accounts by those who were there. The emperor when informing the Japanese people of the surrender specifically mentioned the new terrible weapon as a reason for surrendering.

We do not differ in our views on the the Repocrats and Demlicans, that they are both have the same agenda to get power so they can steal as much money as possible. Where we differ is in your view that there is a single entity directing it while I am of the opinion that it is multiple entities using the same method to accomplish their goals. You call the nazi Soros a zionist and you call the communists Zionist with the same agenda while I think the two groups have different agendas but use the same methods to try to achieve their goals. The Russians and Germans have a long history dating back to before the crusades of being anti Jew and using them as a scapegoat for all problems. It is hard to believe that they are a part of a Zionist plot. In WWI the kaiser sent Lenin into Russia to take them out of the war. Does that make him a communist? No he was using his enemy against a common enemy in the belief that after the war he could defeat the communists. Stalin and Hitler signed a non aggression pact so they could take over Poland. Was Stalin a fascist or was Hitler a communist?
There are always things happening that different groups will try to use to their advantage by the means they control. The MSM calls the non violent capital demonstration a riot while the burning and looting that occur in Portland and other cities are demonstrations. I know the man who did the toxicology work on Floyd and he had a lethal dose of phenyl in his blood which was ignored.
I live near Philadelphia where the government bombed a house they were assaulting (Before Ruby Ridge or Branch Divinians) and burned down an entire block. They then hired incompetent friends to rebuild these $20,000 houses at a cost of over $100,000 doing such a lousy job that even with continuous tax paid repairs they all had to be torn down costing well over 1,000,000 each in tax money. This was the city officials exploiting a problem they created to make a lot of money with no consequences as they still run the city. The Republicans are no different. They created a temporary landfill crisis by regulating landfills so they had to close. They built an expensive trash to steam plant and and passed laws requiring everyone use this boondoggle at increased expense (until the courts called it illegal) and stole millions for themselves without consequences (the non existent landfill shortage quickly disappeared). Different groups using the same methods to exploit the public for their benefit, not a single group getting it all.
You select the evidence and give credibility to those who support your beliefs. I had an uncle who was interested in astronomy and when I was younger (and could see) I remember seeing not only sputnik but also Skylab and the space shuttle passing through the sky overhead. Does that make me part of the staged men in space crowd? You won’t believe those who witnessed atomic bomb explosions or those, like Yoko Ono who experienced the bomb being dropped as a teenager (maybe that caused her to become anti war activist) but instead give credibility to someone trying to make money by selling sensationalized books (ancient aliens, Bigfoot, aliens creating crop circles, pyramids built by aliens, …).
Your creation of a group able to control and plan out all the events that occur so they can control is the same as those churches that claim that everything that happens is God’s will and we can do nothing about it so they should be in control. It is a scenario that predates written language.
If the Zionists are behind it all why would they be giving these deadly vaccines to all the Israelis? This is more likely to cause the end of Israel than anything the arabs can do.

We do not need to consult establishment shills such as Ono as to the validity of nuclear weapons any more than the many fake holohoax witnesses on the subject of the imaginary gas chambers. I have already referenced the Mathis site that shows many unaccounted for anomalies. It is really just a matter of verifying the presence of high radioactivity at the sites in question.
