Science of Kinematics Conclusively Proves It: Did Trump or Biden Win?
A world-leading technologist says a kinematic audit is the fairest, quickest and most obvious tool to resolve the greatest controversy in American politics – who really won the 2020 presidential election?
Late in the day comes the perfect, simple-to-perform forensic means to save America from descending into it’s worst political crisis over alleged ballot fraud – a real and present threat to the stability of the free world.
Among those demanding urgent answers are 22 Michigan House Republicans who issued a letter demanding ‘Complete Forensic Assessment’ of election results. While in Georgia complaints have been made about Chain of Custody Records for absentee ballots. Justice requires a closer examination.
The shadow of election tampering hangs over the Democrat Party as it stands accused by 75 million Trump voters of conspiring to ‘steal’ a ‘landslide’ from their man. But all is not lost. ‘President-elect’ Joe Biden and his party can assuage all fears by welcoming an audit of impeccable technological credentials.
It’s called a kinematic audit and requires everyone to ‘listen to the science.’
Entering the stage comes Jovan Hutton Pulitzer, a prolific inventor and pioneer of technology using the QR code system (image, above). Justia Patents affirms Pulitzer’s astounding record as an inventor. [1]
Pulitizer’s entrance into the spotlight is thanks to testimony recently presented at the Michigan State House hearing on Election Integrity by Colonel Phil Waldron.
Retired Army Col. Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert, testified that evidence showed that 35,000 votes were illegitimately given to the Democrat candidate. Waldron presented similar such explosive testimony at the Arizona hearing exposing how the voting machines used in US elections were key to the fraud. The Dominion ballot counting systems were alleged to be have been unlawfully connected to the Internet, despite Dominion’s claims to the contrary.
According to President Trump’s legal team, the Dominion Voter Systems – with the software of the Smartmatic voting machines from Venezuela – were used in 30 states and Puerto Rico to commit massive election fraud.
According to Waldron the US has a copy of the traffic and the packets of information that were sent to Germany on Election night. U.S. Air Force (Retired) Lt. General Thomas McInerney adds that a powerful supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER was deployed to fraudulently move votes from Trump to Biden.
CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery – who designed and built THE HAMMER – says it exploits an application known as SCORECARD that is capable of hacking into elections and stealing the vote.
Jovan Hutton Pulitzer says the physical evidence of the ballot papers themselves can conclusively prove whether such an internet hacking fraud was committed, and it can do so quickly and easily.
Pulitzer sure does know what he is talking about as his technological prowess is relied upon by many of the world’s biggest corporations. [3]

Pultizer, in the video above, explains that every paper ballot that is an absentee ballot will have unique folds, roller impressions from the postal processing system, etc. as a kinetic trace signature. ANY and ALL absentee ballots missing those tell-tale features could not be a genuine ballot processed via the U.S. postal system.
Each and every legal ballot will have a unique kinematic signature provided during their processing.
Pulitzer says genuine ballots delivered through the US postal system will be handled by a voter, marked and returned via the mail. They are then processed by machine ballot counters and acquire a unique digital signature – an impossible to fake technological ‘fingerprint’ that can be read using the new science of kinematic identification.
This key forensic data ranges from the embedded original codes, the security marks, on through to the mailing folds, etc. and conclusively proves whether ballots are real or fraudulent. This simple and fast, fool proof system can prove beyond a reasonable doubt whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden won the 2020 US Presidential Election.
Under law the physical ballot papers used in the 2020 general election must be retained for 22 months. The significance of this preservation of physical evidence becomes crucial when considering how kinematic identification can be used forensically to expose ballot fraud, not just in this election but all future elections worldwide.
Jovan Hutton Pulitzer says it is straight-forward to weed out any automated or printed filling in of the bubbles or printing of the bubbles and detect if the signatures were printed or hand-written (photo, below).
What is Kinematic Identification?
This measures the very slight ‘errors’ or tell-tale fingerprints left by manufacturers in processing their products, be it canned goods or printed paper.
“The word “kinematics,” is derived from the Greek word “kinesis” which means motions. Since the beginning of time, humans have always had a curiosity of the world around them and how things function. Kinematics seeks to clarify various aspects of motion and it is key to understanding other elements in physics.” [4]
A kinematic identification algorithm can….

Sounds interesting, but the only problem I have with this is “listen to the science.” I have been told “trust the science” and “follow the science” and “whatever the science” when it all refers to anything but legitimate science so much, that “anything science” sets my nerves on edge just reading the line. The question would be, how long does it take to detect this?
Also, if we could get them to permit all mail-in ballots to a scan, those without the required watermark would probably prove who was elected. You will never get the democrats in charge of the elections to accept anything that has no option but to show their man lost. That’s why they stonewall anything to do with recounting – the election won’t hold up as it is promoted at this time. If it would, they wouldn’t universally stonewall a recount.

I agree to totally with any suggestion the Science has always been correct from the beginning. How many causes need to be reviewed to prove that this science has not always been correct. Why does anyone want to believe that we have gotten to the promised land where mistakes and errors do not occur.

To add my couple of cents — your second paragraph is dead-on in logic: If they (Dems&DS) really invested so much into this (so far just alleged) fraud, they would never permit to find that out, tooth and claw.
OTOH:
Something about the history repeating — “the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce.” If there were not for the first round (tragedy), perhaps we wouldn’t have to put up with the revenge — The Inconvenient “Truth”…

Every printer has identifying markers that can’t be seen with the naked eye. The machine can see those and see if they were printed off from the correct printer

I am sure they came to you folded, and you also refolded them before you put them in the envelope to drop them off. He’s also talking about the patterns of folding that are done by the machines versus a hand folded ballot that was never put in an envelope.

If nothing else…Trump et al need to pursue this even after the electoral college installs Biden. Then this ‘kinematic audit’ finding will permit ‘us’ to rightly state Biden is an illegitimate president and therefore on Jan 21, 2021 the lame duck session begins. Further these forensic analyses need to be put in place to root out this Tammany Hall – Democratic machine crap that corrupts the election process of the people.

As an observer from afar. I am not surprised the High Court has not agreed to any investigation ahead of the Electoral College deliberations. Why would the HC take the monkey off the EC back before the EC have a chance to do their job? If the EC fails to uphold a fair election result, then the HC can get involved – which would make the EC look really stupid for failing to do their certified job in a reasonable fashion. Time will tell.

There are no “deliberations” in the electoral college. It is an assemblage strictly to cast the votes of the state.
The courts refusing to hear a case simply is saying the courts refuse to hear evidence, just as the states refuse to do a recount of mail-ins because they know to do so will show there was fraudulence. No one has a need to hide the truth, only the opposite.
The courts refusing to allow evidence to be presented also brings into my mind questions of is it possible there has been a veiled threat against the judges as well. “It would be a shame if your car was hit by a trailer truck while you were taking your family some where. There are a lot of distracted drivers on the highway these days.” Now is that a veiled threat or is a statement of genuine concern? It sort of depends, doesn’t it?

A science exists that can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a particular gun is the murder weapon. Its called ballistics and it can match bullet to gun with amazing accuracy. Now, if we could only get the killer to give us the gun then we could prove that his is the murderer.
Jovan Hutton Pulitzer may have the science (the kinematic audit) but he doesn’t have the ballots. The ballots are under the control of those who perpetrated the “alleged” election fraud. Criminals rarely voluntarily surrender evidence of the crimes that they commit. They are, in fact, quite committed to “getting away with it” and will go to great lengths to keep the evidence hidden.
There are authorities in our system that could compel the release of those ballots for a kinematic audit–the governors, Secretaries of State, the legislatures, the courts, law enforcement, etc.–but so far in this case these authorities have shown a remarkable disinterest in making these ballots available for such an audit.
I wonder why that is?

SteveH, I am not entirely convinced of the legitimacy of this kinematic audit. I DO trust the two Michigan superior court judges who were concerned enough by the preliminary material indicating the possibility of electoral fraud in Wayne County (Detroit and Bloomfield Hills) that they wanted to allow the lawsuit brought by Trump attorneys and proceed to an investigation. They were overruled by the 3 other (Democrat) judges on the court. However the 2 judges dissenting opinions are available and easy to understand, i.e. no legal jargon. The media and GOP officials don’t even mention this. I doubt it is the only example, out of so many states that Trump tried to election fraud lawsuits but was denied.
Maybe kinematics works, I don’t know. There exist a multitude of methods to check and validate election integrity. It is vital that the overwhelmimg majority of the people believe that our elections are fair. By not investigating this one, with a convincing effort, doubt and distrust will become impossible to disperse.
