First Case Study Shows Zelenko Protocol Works
It took months of denials, an endorsement from President Trump, and many misrepresented studies, but a case study of Dr. Zelenko’s protocol has finally been published, and it shows he was right.
Published on ScienceDirect.com, the peer-reviewed study was the first to look at early, out of hospital treatment of COVID-19 with Zelenko’s protocol of Hydoxychloraquin, Zinc, and Azithromycin.
While other studies looked at the effects of Hydroxychloriquin alone, or treatment during the later stages of the COCID-19 infection, this is the first to look at Zelenko’s entire Protocol, including dosages and timetables.
The case study of 141 patients treated within four days of the onset of symptoms was done, using independent public reference data from 377 other confirmed COVID-19 patients of the same community who remained untreated as a “control” or reference.
Of the 141 treated patients, only four were hospitalized vs. 58 of the 377 who went untreated.
Of those treated, only one person died, while thirteen died in the untreated group.
The study concluded that “Risk stratification-based treatment of COVID-19 outpatients as early as possible after symptom onset with the used triple therapy, including the combination of zinc with low dose hydroxychloroquine, was associated with significantly fewer hospitalizations.”

As far as I understand, this is basically taking the data from Zelenko’s original cohort, and comparing them to a group of untreated people from the same community. As such this is not double blind, not prospective, and provides no new data.
It’s a good result, and is useful because the comparison with untreated people provides a “baseline”, but it’s hardly the stuff of “finally we proved Zelenko was right!”

Yes, the Zelenko study provides new comparative data. Yes, retrospective studies are permissible and useful in establishing the efficacy of medical treatments. Double blind prospective trials have Not been provided for the vast majority of the treatment guidelines promulgated by American College of Cardiologists / AHA , yet these are accepted as standards of care. Profiteers for big pharma, and those attached to scary post-Hippocratic medicine have invented a new, and unethical standard for approval of life saving treatments that applies to the generic drug regimen studied by Zelenko et al, but not, for example, remdesivir.

Hello I read a comment in relation of the non existence of Covid virus, understanding the terrain theory is over merging base in the non identified “virus existence” we cannot denied that there are different elements created in our bodies when we become sick with specific symptoms that are not when we are healthy. We can call them as we want, and maybe true that our bodies create those elements do to our acidid terrain as I understand they do not grow in an alcaline body. Therefore in principle, we need to resolve our terrain not the exterior, Zelenko protocols do work to stop the further developments of Covid and “virus” related illness as many of us can testify which is irrelevant on how we call those elements virus or something else. People seem do not understand this big difference when we speak identify virus etc thank you
