The Telegraph Falls For The ‘Global Heating’ Zika Virus Scam

The Telegraph should carry a health warning every time they publish fake news stories by the Bill Gates’ funded Global Health Security
On September 3rd, The Telegraph published an article with the headline Zika virus mosquitos breed in Britain for first time
The article stated:
Mosquitoes capable of spreading the deadly Zika virus, dengue and yellow fever have been found breeding in Britain.
Aedes aegypti mosquitoes, which typically live in Africa and Asia, have been discovered with larvae in east London by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA).
The agency has deployed specialist teams to destroy the insects in an effort to prevent them from settling in the capital and spreading. The species has been detected in Britain before, but this is the first time a reproducing colony has been found.
The UK has historically been too cold for the tropical mosquitoes to survive, but they have been slowly making their way up through Europe.
As temperatures warm, it is predicted that the mosquitoes could become widespread, potentially bringing with them diseases associated with Africa and the tropics.

They have long been able to survive in temperate zones during summer, but are totally unsuited and unable to survive winters in the UK.
The UK Health Security Agency included the following paragraph in their statement about this latest incident, which the gullible reporter presumably read but did not mention:
The species thrives in warm, tropical climates and has historically struggled to adapt to the UK’s temperate weather, and to survive our winters. For this reason, it is not expected to become permanently established in England, and has not managed to survive the winter anywhere in northern Europe.
The risk to the public from this finding is assessed as very low. There is no evidence that these mosquitoes have caused any human infections, and to date there’s no evidence of the mosquitoes or larvae being found in nearby public areas.
Invasive mosquitoes typically arrive in the UK by hitchhiking in vehicles, baggage or imported plants. Despite the evidence of breeding in this local area, and recent heatwaves, Aedes aegypti is not established in the UK and cannot survive long-term in the UK’s overall climate, which remains too cold. The only places these mosquitoes currently survive in Europe are in some localities in the Mediterranean.
According to leading expert, Duane Gubler:
“Yellow fever virus and its mosquito vector, Aedes aegypti, both of African origin, were introduced to the Western hemisphere in the 1600s by the slave trade.
Through a combination of disciplined public health practices, effective mosquito control and vaccination, yellow fever and other major vector-borne diseases were effectively controlled in the 1950s and 1960s, introducing a period of complacency and apathy that led some public health officials to declare the war on infectious diseases won.2
However, coincident with this complacent and optimistic post WWII period, several global trends were initiated, including unprecedented economic expansion, population growth, urbanization and development of new technology, which created ideal demographic, sociologic, epidemiologic and ecologic conditions for the re-emergence of epidemic infectious diseases.
The new jet air transportation system, which began to expand in the 1970s, provided the ideal mechanism to transport pathogens causing those diseases to new geographic areas.2,3 The increasingly frequent infectious disease epidemics and pandemics in the past few decades, especially arboviral diseases such as dengue, Zika and chikungunya that are also transmitted by Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in tropical urban cities, have alerted public health authorities to the potential spread once again of the dreaded yellow fever virus.”
The latest arrivals will no doubt have turned up by similar means. But there is not a cat in hell’s chance that they will survive the autumn, never mind the winter.
Yes, they have been breeding. Little surprise there; the life cycle of a mosquito is measured in weeks. But for the mosquito to become infected with the Zika virus, it first needs to bite an already infected human or animal.
Unless it can find a human has already been infected abroad, the chance of this happening is less than that of hell freezing over. And even if it does, it will be dead days later.
But why let simple facts get in the way of a Bill Gates bought and paid for climate scare?

Editor’s note: once again we are forced to remind readers that mosquitos thrive best in cold climates, with this quote from Professor Paul Reiter of the Pasteur Institute in Paris.
He is recognised as one of the world’s leading experts on malaria and other insect-borne diseases. He was a member of the World Health Organisation’s Expert Advisory Committee, was chairman of the American Committee of Medical Entomology at the American Society for Tropical Medicine, and lead author of the health section of the US National Assessment on the potential consequences of climate variability.
He points out that mosquitos thrive in very cold temperatures, NOT warm temperatures, and that they are:
“….extremely abundant in the Arctic. The most devastating incidence of malaria was in the Soviet Union in the 1920’s. There were something like 13 million cases a year, and something like 600.000 deaths. Archangel in the Arctic had about 30,000 cases and about 10,000 deaths. It is NOT a tropical disease, yet these people in the global warming fraternity invent the idea that malaria will move northwards.”
