‘No Virus’ Heats Up in India’s High Court
In February 2026, microbiologist Jitendra Banjara presented a groundbreaking petition to the High Court in India.
Through the Public Interest Litigation pathway he challenged the Indian government to produce scientific evidence for viruses, germ theory and their various “countermeasures” such as vaccines. The judge ordered that a response to these matters would be required within four weeks but…the state agencies went silent.
In a surprising development, the state has now authorised an official response and it is nothing less than extraordinary. They have claimed that their policies concerning COVID-19 and other alleged “infectious” diseases have been completely justified through the “science“. Accordingly, the concepts of germ “theory”, virus existence, vaccines, antibiotics and “anti-virals” are all beyond reproach.
The claim was also made that such matters were settled historically through Koch’s postulates and more recently through molecular detection techniques. However, if the science is so clear, why do the so-called health authorities refuse to disclose exactly which papers they are relying on?
