Study Raises Concerns Over Long-Term Spike Protein and mRNA Presence in Vaccinated
A new study investigated the long-term presence of spike protein in brain tissues of patients with hemorrhagic strokes and its potential association with mRNA vaccination.
What did it find?
- The spike protein was present in the blood vessels of the brain up to 17 months post-vaccination in 43.8% of vaccinated patients.
- Confirmation of mRNA presence up to 17 months post-shot.
- Evidence for hemorrhagic stroke after mRNA shots.
- Spike protein positivity was observed exclusively in female patients (P = 0.015).
⚡My thoughts on it: This could imply that women, in this study, might have had a different or stronger response to the vaccine, or that the spike protein persisted in their systems longer than in male patients. - No active inflammatory changes were identified, but infiltration of CD4-, CD8-, and CD68-positive cells was observed in spike protein positive vessels.
⚡My thoughts on it: This shows that the immune system detects the spike protein but does nothing to eliminate it. Could it be due to the altered spike protein in vaccines? - Findings raise concerns about the biodistribution and long-term safety of mRNA vaccines, particularly lipid nanoparticle-based vaccines.
