50-year-old docs show US govt has ability to manipulate hurricanes
Believe it or not, evidence exists to suggest that the United States government – or at least those who have co-opted and now control it – has the ability to create and steer weather, including hurricanes.
Educator and activist Peggy Hall uploaded a video – watch below – discussing what she was able to uncover from government archives. Documents dating back 50 years or more point to technologies with the capacity to manipulate large storms.
The Department of the Navy, the Department of the Air Force and General Electric all have a hand in this, Hall says. A paper published by General Electric entitled “History of Project Cirrus from 1947 to 1952” outlines how cloud particles and modifications are used to affect hurricanes.
Hall often talks about geoengineering and chemtrails on her channel, as well as about wildfires, some of which she claims are manipulated using directed energy weapons, or DEWs.
In this particular video, she explains that government weather manipulation is used to instill fear, uncertainty and hardship on people in order to put them under the control of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
In some cases, the government might even steer hurricanes towards certain areas as political retaliation. Could this be why Hurricane Ian struck Florida, a state that bucked the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) scamdemic, including the so-called “vaccines?”

Weather manipulation appears to be happening worldwide
Cloud seeding and the injection of aerosols into the sky is something that has increasingly taken center stage, even in official reporting from mainstream sources.
Just recently, we reported about how the World Economic Forum (WEF) was caught bragging about cloud-seeding “chemtrail” operations in communist China.
Earlier in the year, we reported about how domestic cloud seeding operations were being deployed in New Mexico to try to create more rain over dry land.
It is not out of the question to conclude that if the powers that be are capable of doing all this that they are also capable of strengthening or even weakening storms, or steering them to certain locations.
Perhaps there are even weather weapons being used by one country against another for warfare purposes. Instead of launching missiles or ground attacks like in the days of old, maybe the modern weaponry of today is used to deprive a target nation of rain for its crops and reservoirs – or maybe to blast it with too much rain to create flooding.
“I am thinking they can steer a hurricane by tactically seeding certain quadrants of the storm,” wrote a commenter in speculation. “They can make it veer left or right and stall it to some degree.”
“Apparently the U.S. military was doing this to the Vietcong in monsoon season to dump ungodly amounts of rain on them over the trail. They could not create a monsoon but they could make it dump its rain where they wanted it.”
Another wrote that there is the capacity to both steer and create storms using silver oxide, and that this has been possible for at least the past 50 years – this is all just speculation, of course.
“It’s an open secret: In 2005, Hurricane Katrina gained strength over cooler water,” suggested someone else.
“Most climate scientists know the technology exists to manipulate the weather,” wrote another.
Not everyone believes that all of this is true, however. One person expressed skepticism about the government’s seemingly “all-powerful” technologies, suggesting that it could just be a ruse to maintain control over the masses through the power of suggestion.

So they have this ability amazing ability . . . yet Hurricaines are happing at less than 1/2 the numbers of 60 years ago? Logic would dictate that if they really had this ability and wanted to “instill fear” . . . they would be creating More storms not fewer.
I don’t disagree that they were certainly trying . . . but suspect much of this is fantasy!

Hi Left,
I have questions. How many Hurricanes were there literally 60 years ago? How many were there 61 years ago? How many were there 59 years ago? Etc. This is something which I believe we (humans) should have been able to observe. Where as I doubt we could not have record of this a 1000 years ago or 15,000 years ago when we observe evidence that glaciers were melting over land surfaces at 45N latitude.
Now during the past few days I have been able to view evidence of a hurricane off the west coast of Mexico as observed by satellite instruments from space.. And recently I have read that some commenters don’t believe there is the technology of transporting humans to the moon and returning them to the Earth.
Believe is an important word because I use that word to indicate that I don’t actually know. But is the case of satellites I know I have observed this speck of light reflecting off them as speck of light rapidly moves across a ‘field’ of stationary stars. I know, not believe, that which can be actually observed.

Actually Jerry there is very reliable Hurricane data for over 170 years in Florida . . .

Numbers are way down from the 50s & 60s today . . . even 100 years ago were much higher . . . of course damages are far greater today as there are many Millions more people living on the coasts.

The amount of particulate matter emitted into the atmosphere by volcanos is measured in gigatonnes if not terratonnes and the impact is limited.
How much matter is being by delivered by the geoengineering programs? The governments might be attempting to control the weather but imho they are far from successful.

It seems probable to me that technology exists to alter a hurricane’s intensity and direction, at least in part.
Some retired military scuttlebutt I’ve heard is that during Hurricane Camille in 1969 they tried to alter the intensity by seeding the hurricane to make it more intensive out in the Gulf so it would “rain out” before landfall. Unfortunately it was a poor success, the storm intensified but did not “rain out” and the most catastrophic hurricane prior to Katrina occurred.
Also, watching how some hurricane fade and turn seems to be related to weakening one corner that causes instability of the circulation, which reduces wind speeds and causes the storm to tend to the weaken corner becoming increasingly unstable. I think this could be seen in Sandy which was a major hurricane then weaken such that it wasn’t called a hurricane but a “super storm”. It could be thought of as similar to moving the weights used to balance a tire to different position.
If this technology exists it could explain the rise in global temperatures if it has been used.
For example, seed weather lows cause them to rain out more quickly which both reduces cloudiness and increases duration of clear highs during the years. This could in turn would increase terrestrial radiation and temperatures.
Don’t know but just sayin’.

I believe humans have been trying to control the weather since the dawn of man. i.e. rain dances; chants; prayers, etc.
Hell, I first learned about cloud seeding and weather manipulation from the early Warner Brothers’ “Merry Melody” and “Loony Tunes” animated shorts, which, as everyone knows, were created in the 40’s and 50’s.
Maybe some people can manipulate hurricanes, but…to what degree?
If it were possible, I believe it would have happened by now.
