In 2013, DARPA funded research into surface materials for microfluidic devices. Hydrogel is one such device, and other types include valve/pump and component delivery systems. The problem was that the devices were causing clots and they needed biologically compatible materials. These devices may be a good place to look for the cause of clotting.
Clotting concerns would also translate to any components delivered by the microfluidic devices, including nanobots. For an idea of what they do with nanobots, look at Theragrippers. These nanobots open in response to temperature and deliver chemical compounds, and are used with anal swabs. Theragrippers are capable of delivering a full vaccine payload, or other substances into the body. Microfluidic devices respond to external stimuli, such as pH, temperature, pressure, and even EMF signals.
Its not out of possibility that vaccines might be delivering microfluidic devices without patient knowledge.

Vaccines have never worked but are only the injection of toxic substrates, neurotoxins and foreign protein into the closed system blood stream, bypassing the real immune system. It has never been shown that any pathogen can be transmitted from one person to another even though this has been tried extensively and has always failed. However toxins are easily injected as Pasteur did on all of his successful “pathogen transmission” demonstrations. The long planned fake virus, fake test and fake numbers has become the Zionists no.1 tool for inducing the livestock to hand over their natural rights by use of the carefully coordinated fear campaign while weakening, killing and sterilizing the goyim in the process.
